Just be sure it's not fresh sheep poo that you're using and you can use it on anything.

Whats the problem with fresh sheep poo, and how long should you leave it.  I've got a couple of bags just collected off the fields which I was going to use in my tomatos and cucumber pots ?

I think it would cause burn - too much nitrogen. I think it has to be left for several weeks then diluted and strained.

Mine has been sitting in a old bin for over a year, do you think that is too long or just right?

On The Victorian Kitchen Garden he put a fresh cow pat in a bag and then placed it into water to make a liquid feed, diluted till it looked like weak tea, so I would think fresh sheep droppings would be OK

We'd call that aged or rotted manure and excellent for applying directly to plants right now. Fresh stuff (as in, very recent droppings) can burn plants if you don't wait long enough to make the 'tea'. 3-4 weeks to steep is the usual time period. I find a lot of folk don't want to wait that long and can cause themselves problems.

We call it "Lamb Tea" here and I collect droppings from our sheep and load them in a pair of old tights, knot the top and suspend them by a stick in a big bucket of water for about 2 weeks. Then it's diluted to a weak tea appearance and watered in where needed.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

I made some sheep poo tea last year but didn't use it in the greenhouse 'cos it smelt absolutely VILE. Far worse than nettle or comfry tea

Do you have to strain the poo out? What if you used hot water - would it dissolve the poo do you think? I may just try that with my chicken poo!
