I have about the same amount of space but as regular beds but not raised and I gave up my allotment 2 years ago.  I'm much happier, you can water properly, hoe in the morning before breakfast and not have to make a special trip to harvest the produce.

I easily get enough but could get alot more if I was more organised.

Omigod Elcie, that raised bed looks amazing!!! I'm growing veggies for the first time using square foot gardening, and I'd be happy to get a result half as good as yours!!!

I've seen Elcie's veg bed and the photo doesn't do it justice.  It was amazing.

Well that's my mind made up  I am going to go for it. My children are so excited about the idea that I couldn't not do it now anyway! Eldest Daughter (6) is telling us she is going to set up her own Gardening Club for her and her friends    (She is a member of one at School).
