o good I just bought 2 legs half price in the co-op

Well lucky you.  I bought one at the weekend (my local store 100 yards away is a coop) and it was delicious, tender succulent and the flavour... two sprigs of rosemary and I was in heaven.  My favourite meat is lamb if you hadn't guessed  So I went back to get another (or two) and they'd sold out

They'll be back with the next delivery till the middle of next week link .....  I confess to standing and looking at the pork there (red tractor and british - not intensively danish), but I don't need a joint that big??  But cut and come again over easter is so easy ....

Did you know that New Zealand lamb has a smaller carbon footprint (all things taken into consideration) than home produced lamb ?

Who is losing out with this half price meat, is it the farmers? It has to be someone and I doubt it is the big companies.
