Are chickens smart enough to avoid bees and wasps
« on: April 01, 2010, 15:29 »
I have noticed mine chasing flies across the garden and saw my first wasp and bee the other day and am worried they are going to try and eat them which I cant imagine will do them any good. Is a chicken likely to die if it does eat one?

Mine do not even look at wasps and bees, it`s like they are invisible.

I think they learn the hard way by getting stung and afterwards keep well away from them.
