I have just got home to find my copy of 'The vegetable and herb expert' from Amzon on my mat! I have been reading for the last 30 mins and I already love the book! What a great recommend

If only I had it 2 months ago I could have veggies aplenty, ay well maybe next year. However saying that I do now have all my salad herb crops in seed trays-just waiting for action.

Defo my favourite too, although mine is an old copy and is only The Vegetable Expert, with a little bit about herbs in the back of it!

you will be pleased to know that they are both the same just laid out slightly differently. i got the old one for 30p from the chartiy shop, then lost it, after looking high and low for it i decided i couldn't manage with out it so bought a new copy, it then turned up in my teenage son's bedroom!?

I have 3 copies of the "vegetable expert" which I have bought from various carboot sales. One I keep side of my bed, one I keep in the kitchen and one I keep in the shed on the lotttie. As it used to be annoying if for instance I was at the allotment and I needed info on a certain vegetable. It has been a valuable aid in educating me growing veggies. Defo a "must have" book
