My seed spuds are turning green, is this normal?

All Potatoes turn green when exposed to light.

Hi, I am new to this but I have mine chitting in a cold spare bedroom and chits about quarter of an inch, they have been there for 2 weeks now, mine are not green in anyway. Am planing on putting them out on lotty 19th March.  Regards Mandy.
