Is anyone else noticing an increase in cutworm activity this year?  I have lettuces going down in far greater quantities than usual; earlier too.  (Stem severed at ground level)

I wonder if it was the exceptionally mild winter??

Not sure if it's definitely cutworm that I've got, but something's snipped off loads of my toms! Luckily I had way too many and it seems to have stopped again now.

Hate to say it but no, not had one yet but I will go tonight on the way home and find my entire crop gone.  :roll:

No probs at all. My only problem over the last 3 years has been wireworm, but hopefully they've got to their adult stage and cleared orf!!!!

Something has eaten all my spring onions - not sure what - they are in a trough about 8 inches high - no sign of slugs or snails
