Hi,  I have a pumpkin plant growing in a pot and I am not sure how large I should let it get before planting it outside - can anyone let em know what they do with their pumpkin plants ?

It's not so much when it gets to a certain size, but when you can be sure that the last frost has gone.

We had a really sharp one late May last year, so it's a good few weeks yet. I have yet to sow mine yet for that very reason

when is ur usual sowing time? i havent sown mine yet ( first time growing) because of frost and i need to  have lifted some early spuds to get the room.

About a week's time. Courgettes, marrows, squashes etc. at the same time.

Forecast for around here is for possible ground frost Sunday evening 

Nothing tender should go out until the 1st June IMHO

It's been down sarf!! 

All my squashes will be going out in about 2 weeks.

What types is everyone growing?

You'll probably be OK, but be prepared to keep them inside. It's the folk that have big plants already that will be struggling.
