I know that there have been many posts lately about this but I need to know how to go on with this and I know many of you have done the same thing.The land belongs to the local council and I'm waiting to hear back from the official concerned(and yes,I know I may wait a long time!!) and I would like to know how best to deal with him.What sort of info should I be forarmed with? What is he going to need to know from me? And what should I be asking him? I want to be as prepared as possible so I don't look like the idiot I really am
I went to look at the site today with a friend who remembers the site when it was operating before,and it is still marked out in plots under the trees and weeds but very full of rubbish(but won't take too much work really to bring it back) It also has exellent soil.
Also,if I run it,can I take the pick of the plots without seeming greedy?
