My cabbages and PSB are being eaten by caterpillars till the leaves are lacy  :cry:  Is there anything I can do to remedy this or at least save what's left  :?:

Couple of things, you could spray them with somekind of spray, or as i do drown the rascals, but this does mean having to spend all of your time on the plot, nasty job but someone has to do it.  :wink:

I pick them off and put them in the compost bin where I like to kid myself they might die happy munching peelings, but they probably just escape back to the cabbage patch as I always find more next day!

net them off with scaffolders netting....
somehow they have got in cold frame, i have 2 trays of spring cabbage plants in there and in the pots there are hundreds of eggs  :cry:  and most of the plants are stalks now
