I'm sure it's just a polyp. If it annoys you, you could always tie a piece of cotton around it and hope that cutting off the circulation it would drop off?

Not at all.

I did not realy have a good look till I was forced to take fotos for you guys.  

She can run fast and seems ok so I am going to leave alone but keep an eye on it.
