Borlotto Beans
« on: July 15, 2008, 14:41 »
I've planted 'Seeds of Italy' Borlotto beans and they're doing great. They're just beginning to look ready - do I harvest them now - as with Runner beans, or wait for them to mature and use the bigger bean as one would with Broad beans?

I prefer them shelled, pods to stringy quick for green use.
