could be ages yet..... 24 / 48 hours.

they have broken through the membrane inside the egg. the hardest part is getting through the shell.

hope you have your camera ready so we can see your new arrivals and i hope they all hatch safely

They cheep to get their Mum's attention and to encourage their siblings. The first one to hatch makes the most terrible racket until the next one appears.
Keep an eye on them, because if you haven't got the humidity right they can't get out. If the egg has pipped, there is cheeping, but no further action for a good 12 hours, and the 21 days are up, consider helping the chick out. If there is any blood on breaking the shell open carefully, then stop immediately. There are various schools of thought on helping a chick, but in my view it is worth a try, as otherwise the chick will certainly die.
Often the reason is that the humudity is too high and the chick has absorbed too much water and so is too big to turn around in the shell to chip its way all the way round. That is not its fault and it will need help, but only if it has pipped, no action after at least 12 hours and the 21 days are up. Alison

It IS the most exciting thing and THE most stressful thing because you just have to sit and wait.  Hopefully not long now until you see this ....

although not in an incubator of course.

Can't wait to see the pics.  Am really excited for you.
