Hi Guys/Girls

For the new plot I'm just clearing which you've seen the pics. Is it not too late to to plant rows + rows of peas? Just to get something in as my family love garden peas.

Do I soak them in Parafin overnight?

What type would you recommend?

Cheers

I'd give them a go right now although the end crop won't be as large as an earlier crop due to summer heat, but you'd still get peas.
Soak the seeds overnight in water, even for 2 nights then plant out. I suspect the paraffin is used for spring plantings, when there's little else for vermin to feed on. Now there's lots so I doubt your seeds would be interesting to them.

I never soak, water, paraffin or anything else - straight in the ground.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

I sowed straight into ground about 400 of Kelvedon Wonder(I think!) and some more will go in this weekend :-) Earlies can go in till the end of June
