Tomato plants not growing

I planted some tomato plant seed and as yet they are still not growing am i doing something wrong? I have watered them and kept them in my greenhouse so any advice?

Light and temp 15-20C, should come up in a week. Might be too deep, scrape some soil of if all else is right.

Yes, tom seeds definitely need warmth to sprout, so bring them inside or put into a heated propogator. 25C would get them up fast. They're a hot weather crop which needs hot temps to get started.
