Hi all, I am new to these pages ... my 4 chickens (2 Miss Pepperpots & 2 Gingernut Rangers) arrived with their elgu on the 8th August ... we have enjoyed 4 eggs everyday (with the odd 3 eggs days) since! 

Since we got them from Omlet I have noticed light foamy poo so I have classed it as diarrhea.  I have sat for hours watching who has it but I have concluded that they take turns! and its not all the time sometimes the chicken that has diarrhea in the morning will go on to do normal ones for the rest of the day??

I have given them a weeks worth of poultry Apple Cider Vinegar 1 ltr water to 20ml ACV.
Omlet confirms they were all update to date with jabs and worming, they suggested natural yogurt which I have given them twice over the pass 4 days to help settle their tummys, was unsure how often to give them this.

Is this normal .. new home new coop new food has this caused the upset?  What else can I do, keep up with the AVC? is there anything else I can do?  Other than this they look happy and healthy.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

all chickens do this every so often.  I forget the name of this type of poo, but it is  normal as long as it not every single poo. It is usually smelly and paler in colour than the rest of their poos but is totally  normal.  I believe there is a chicken poo picture chart somewhere on site.  Hopefully someone will be able to point you in the direction.
