Got caught out last week with a sharp frost,which has affected the foliage of my spuds,
Will they recover ??

if its just top leaves they shoud be ok    mine got a bit of frost 3 weeks ago     there still growing ok

Absolutely fine, just maybe slightly delayed. Mine were frosted a bit too, although reddish rather than completely black like they were a few years back.

The blackened ones recovered btw

Mine were froasted last year, so I covered them with fresh grass clippings and they recovered well.

Thanks for all your replies,it is just the top leaves affected,so I will cover them up.
Hopefully they will be ok.

You are all well ahead of me as yours will have made good roots and mine are not through yet, so they will do OK.
