Hi. I have a broody bantam.  I'm worried as I go on holiday in 2 weeks and need to break the habit before I go.

I've tried shutting her out during the day but 4 days later and she's still broody, perhaps because she goes back in at night??.... so thought I'd try a broody box (unless anyone can suggest anything else?)

What do you use as a Broody Box?

wooden box with weld mesh on bottom (mine also has weld mesh opening on front as it is guinea pig house normally), with a lid. Large enough to accomodate hen/water dish/food dish. I use cat dishes. Have raised on bricks in chook run. I let her out after 2 days.

Thank you both - v useful.  I ended up just shutting her out and it did the trick. Now have another one gone broody!
