I saute mine sliced in butter with chopped onions and a bit of garlic and salt. Let them cool a bit.

Spread open an uncooked triangular shaped biscuit roll product, squish the seams together so it's one rectangular unit. Spread the cooled mushroom mix over the centre, sprinkle lots of grated parmesan on top, roll up the dough and seal. Bake about 20-25 min at 350F. YUmmmmm.

last year I was given loads, I made soup with sherry I think,rissotto,mushroom pie(shepherds pie style) You can make a sauce think worcestershire style, mushroom wellingtons with cheese-sis makes them for me should be blue cheese but she does mine with other as I don't like blue cheese.

Should have mentioned that the roll mix is croissant rolls - it's light and puffs up nicely. I place it on some clingfilm so it'll roll up easier. And it does take quite a few mushrooms to fill it.
