Most of mine are about a foot high, but I was going to wait until they are about 18 inches before nipping the tip out.

I actually decided I am going to grow most of them in pots under and on top of my staging.  So I have 11 in big pots and at the moment one in the border of the greenhouse.  Once my lemon drops gets a bit bigger, they will also go into the border as I've filled the staging up and don't want to overcrowd them!
