Leave her in her usual house, when it is dark and they are all sleeping, move your broody hen into her new house with her eggs. Hopefully she will stay put then.
The occasional hen just wont want to move and will insist on staying put in the main coop. I had one like this, I let her stay until the chicks hatched and quickly moved her (and chicks). She was happy to stay in the broody coop once she had actual chicks to take care of.
Sorry for the waffle!  Hope your hen settles tonight.  :)

thanks.
i will leave her tonight in the new coop, if no joy i
will put her back with the others.
she is pacing up and down in the small run attached to new
coop. she can see the other hens.
is that part of the problem :(

I would try what JaK says and hopefully it should work.

It could be that your broody is unhappy with where you have put the broody coop.  They do like to feel secure so have a look to see if that is also the problem.   ;)

If you think she's going to be a tough cookie wait until dark again. Most broody hens will roll the eggs under themselves if you pop them just in front of them, one at a time.
Glad she settled over night.  :)

You will need to take the eggs she has been sat on out otherwise she may not be able to cover all of them.  I would replace one at a time sliding your hand gently under her with an egg and taking one in its place.  Don't replace them all in one go as she will notice they are cold and may abandon them.  If the eggs all look similar you will need to mark the fertile ones with a pencil so you don't get them mixed up.
