Hi all

I have some maris bard first early potatoes that I am chitting at the moment. I live I east anglia right on the coast in cromer. I was wondering when the best time to put them in the ground. Is it late feb early march or when the weather comes warmer enough. If so what tempurature to wait before I put them in

The trick is to anticipate what the weather is going to be - and that's a bit tricky!

You're on about the same latitude as myself and I won't plant until late March, however even then in 2008 I caught the June frost!
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
