Since these spuds wont mash

I microwave them 'til soft then scoop flesh from skins, add s&p, milk and butter and mash, seems to work for me. Try it and see  ;)

Already tried that MoS without success- there's something wrong with the texture of them, almost like a conference pear it just doesn't mash (variety is Nectar). I should really go and buy another bag for mash as these are 250-300g each so keeping them for jackets would be better.  I could also slice and shingle them on top of the fish but it just wouldn't be the same as a proper fish pie.

Tuna pasta bake tonight as I have a surplus of moo juice to use up as I didn't get round to making the apple crumble and custard either.

Macaroni cheese.  We needed to use up the milk we had (I am lactose intolerant but know how much I can have).

I have serious CBA's today. the plan is to nuking a spud. Half a can of beans has appeared in the fridge from somewhere and there's always cheese.

OH is ill and its gastric man flu, so you can imagine how fun that is

He is on the mend but not great, so he is probably having Lucozade and I am having stir fry with chicken  :)
