Slow roast belly of pork on a bed of half onions and with some chicken stock to keep it moist underneath.  King Edwards boiled in their jackets and Savoy cabbage.  Oh, the smell coming from the kitchen and the thought of that lovely, heart stopping crackling.
Cheese makes everything better.
