Sorry about ungainly title, but I couldn't think of a short version that conveyed all the info!

I just sowed a range of brassica seeds in my seedbed. Once they're big enough, I'll be transplanting them to their final positions in a raised bed, but I thought it would be nice to use the space in the vacant raised bed for something else in the meantime.

What could I put there that would grow quickly enough to be harvested by the time the brassica seedlings are ready to plant out?

If you had thought about it in march you could have sowed some early peas, bit too late to do it now  :(

Apart from salad leaves and radish, I can't think of anything else
