Morning all. Bit of a change of plan today. I need to make some more mincemeat as the neighbours have taken a liking. Also for the other neighbours it will be just Christmas shaped shortbread after all so that's the first job once we have caught up with recorded telly. Then finish the cakes.

Government BG has issued a weather warning for tomorrow, but all on line forecasts say mild and sunny. Ho hum. What will be will be, but I hope it is the latter as we have a party in the city 40 minutes away.

My goodness that's true dedication to the Christmas spirit, & I baulked at an olive at 11am yesterday
Morning all. Very windy here, not sure my wreath will stay on the front door at this rate.
One load of washing in the machine & another in the tumble, don't usually use it much but want it all out of the way for tomorrow when mother comes. Might even do the ironing in a bit

I was told yesterday that we would get up at the normal time ready to leave for the supermarket at 7.30 am.  I got up but Paul is still snoring!  I think we will be going later! :D

Can't decide if this is late night or very early morning. A bit stressed at present - had a lovely day and then the dish washer flooded.  :(  Got it emptied and then later today we will see if it is just blocked or finished.

Morning all. Had one of those nights when you can't sleep for no reason at all. Gave in at 4. Cat being a pain but don't want him to go out as there are two pine martens hanging about.

Going in to the city for lunch which is stressful, parking a nightmare and you can wait half an hour for an attendant to pay. Glad I don't have to drive. Hopefully it will be worth it.

Morning Tosca & all,

A clear sky here this morning, but so windy again that I'm surprised the stars haven't blown away  ;)

You enjoy your 2 weeks Surbie.

I am off to pick up the turkey, deliver the Christmas orders and then that is my lot till tomorrow when we are having our official Christmas.

Oops Mr Bee has surfaced and I am in the dog box for disturbing him.

Morning all. :D

That is so annoying. Hope you get it sorted. I blocked our waste disposal the other day, stinky smelly water all over. Rang Mr S to give him advanced warning so it wasn't the first thing I greeted him in when he walked in :nowink:
