Just to prove I can grow things ... honest !!!

Its a poor picture but you get the idea :) Its my first ever cauli (Not had the space before).  The head was around 6 inches across.



Im sure it wasn't there yesterday but today there it was just begging to become dinner. :twisted:  

Found 2 slugs inside when I was preping it but I didnt see any damage.  What didn't get eaten while I was waiting for the water to boil made a really nice cauliflower cheese.

I only planted 4 - wish Id have done more now.  :cry:

It really was nice - although I think a little stronger taste would have been nice. They're T&M Avalanche and certainly worth a go .... Just wish my cabbage would heart up now.
