Start off with some tomatoes!

It is cheaper when they are cheap, in season or with your home grown but as astarting point to get a good result first time tomatoes are a good start. ;)

Half and cut out the white stringy bit. Season with salt, pepper and some finely chopped garlic and a pinch of sugar. Put on the tray cut side uppermost and you are away. Store in a glass jar or cover with some oil.

If you can find some cheap grapes making your own sultanas are tasty!

Have fun and let us know of your results:)

I found a couple of kale just about to flower so I've stripped off the leaves and its humming away nicely.

Got a few pots sprouting ion the bottom of the bag might try  a herby mash next. Just
planted 10 toms with tumblers to come so hopefully a glut of them in a few weeks.
