Em-1

While browsing for iron supplements for my garden i came across liquid em1. Which ive never heard off. The discription says it contains natural beneficial bacteria. A bit like yakult for soil. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?  Surly all outdoor soil is already teeming with natural bacteria?  Is this a scam product or does it provide something different?

Check out this link. https://emsustains.co.uk/what_is_EM.htm
It seems more complicated and costly than it first looks.
Possibly rather a lot of myth and magic?

I think your soil would have to be seriously depleted before it needed something like that. IMO returning plant material to the soil by making/using your own compost and adding manure (green or animal) keeps allotment soil healthy enough - without wonder supplements. Although I know the show veg growers add all sorts to their growing mediums
