i have a glut of radishes and i would like to preserve them. has anyone any ideas?

You can make a pickle with them

Slice them up, soak in brine overnight, rinse and dry. The pack into a jar and pur vinegar over them. thera ready to eat in about three or four days.

If you are going to kep the pickle for more than a week or so, you need to strelise the jars first. You can add whole spices to the pickle if you like
