Hi all I've got some of the plot I won't be using for the rest of the year so I was thinking about green manures an especially Hungarian rye grass what do you guys think ?

It depends what you want the green manure to do, how long you want it to be there, etc. I am very interested in using green manure (have just dug mustard into a new bed and it is now ready to plant). I know that some of the rye can be more difficult to dig in when you are ready. I found this chart quite helpful
