Spot the weed contest

Spent a good few hours weeding yesterday and thought I was doing a good job, until I had a break and walked down the plots and spotted this!! 

Fella is commonly known as Mr No-weed on the allotments and if you can spot a weed I'll send you a prize 

where are the winter crops 

He's retired so gets plenty of time and dunno bout other crops?  There's summit down the far end and to the left out of picture but I daren't look coz it'd mean putting prints in the ground!!
