I sowed some rocket seeds in a washing up bowl, they are growing well. I am not sure how big the plant grows as I have only seen them as leaves in salad mixes. Are they like cut and grow again salad leaves which are happy in close confinement. Or do I have to thin them and and replant as you would individual lettuces.

The plants get quite wide, so transplant them 9 to 12 ins apart, I like to pick leaves before they get too big when I find the flavour very strong

I think there are several different types, and they're not so much cut-and-come-again as a race to keep cropping the leaves before they set seed, although you can eat the flowers too (I like 'em, some don't.)
