strawberry bed
« on: September 07, 2009, 12:42 »
I intend to introduce a strawberry bed to my plot which will provide me with ample, tasty fruit next summer. I will be prepping the bed in the next few weeks but when do i put the plants in ?

Any time now really. They are surprisingly hardy so you can get them going now or wait until the spring.
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.
