Evening all

Some of my tomato sets (i.e. the vine bit where the fruit is setting) are growing shoots from the end of the set. Anyone know what causes this? I'm pinching out the growing shoot but would appreciate any dvice on whether that's the right thing to do.

Think you will find it's the variety, I've noticed on certain ones of mine over the years this has happened, I personally cut them off.

Is anyone else just getting a lot of greenery in the case of the Italian toms and in the case of Moneymaker, loads of fruit but all green?
Am I just impatient? :?
