Thanks scribbler. Ours is about 2 inches tall so not too bad. It tastes lovely though, very light. I thought about using spelt but decided to stick to the 'original' the first time so I will definitely try it with spelt next time. And I think I ended up managing the dough the same way you do!

And although it is "(NOT SOURDOUGH)" (no need to shout please) it does have a sourdough twang.

Didn't want to shout  :ohmy: - I just wanted to differentiate between the 2 threads.
