I haven't given up on mine just yet, but they are in the polytunnel.  Couldn't be bothered to weigh them, but I do have three quarters of a small chest freezer full plus a windowsill full, and they are still ripening in the tunnel at the moment.

I gave a load to my friend today, her son is back living with her.  He likes cooking, so I said you'll be able to have some nice stuffed tomatoes with these, they are very big.  Oh I'm going to make some sauce with them.  What tomato ketchup?  I asked, no he said as if trying to impress me, you know pasta sauces and stuff.

I have to laugh at him (well I usually wait until I'm back in the car!!) for 31 he is very naive, and thinks he's the only one who knows how to do things!   He's one of these people who does something once and thinks he's an expert.  He plastered his bedroom, and now quotes to do plastering for people!!!!!!

Mmmmm, I do Munty, last year was my first try, and it was good.  But I freeze the chopped tomatoes until we start to use the woodburner, then I can do whatever I want with the tomatoes and It doesn't use loads of electric!  Good passata takes ages!!!!

I went one step past the passata stage too, and do tomato puree and really thick tomato sauces for pizza too!

I'm going to treat myself to a passata machine soon, because it takes ages shoving the toms through a sieve.  Sometimes I just blitz the whole lot, seeds and skin and flesh, but its nice to have a nice smooth passata too, and yes, some basil, although a certain someone always asks why I put those horrid herbs in!!!!! lol

Do you reckon an old Spong Mincer would do it, or would it be too dribbly?  Also, don't know if I could fit it to the new worktops, in days gone by it was clamped to the kitchen table.
