Hi all, looking for a bit of advice with some pesty things!
My peas have pods that seem to be developing really well but there are a few problems on the leaves lower down. The leaves have a sticky substance in trails on them, they seem to have been munched also and there is white discolouring on them. On closer inspection I found some green bugs on the leaves and some strange white spider looking creatures, sitting underneath the leaves looking as if they were sucking on them.
I am presuming that the green bugs are green fly and perhaps an aphid (this is my first year growing veg so I have no experience to go on!) I have no idea about the other bug.
Can anyone help me to identify the problem, suggest possible control or tell me if this is a serious problem. (I am, so far gardening organically)

The slime trails and munchers are probably slugs.

The others are probably spiders feeding on aphids. Natures way of controlling aphids for you. If you had sprayed for aphids the spiders would also be killed and the next wave of incoming aphids would have no spiders to attack them.
