The only way of ensuring that nobody takes legal action is not to get chickens.

Speaking to a solicitor will not prevent someone else taking legal action.  Whether they will win is entirely another matter, but the solicitor can neither predict the outcome nor prevent the initial claim being lodged.

NB As this thread is not about growing stuff, I'm moving it to the Hen House as it is about keeping chickens - irrespective of where.

I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Yorkie irrespective of whether someone else would take legal action or if a solicitor can predict outcomes.

The guy asked a question about a clause and as I am not Qualified to give supportive advice and unless there is a solicitor on this forum who can advise, it would not do any harm getting a free consultation to identify possible options.

I'll leave it with all you extremely knowledgeable people on here who seem to know everything.

I wouldn't know Aunt Sally it seems that anyone with knowledge or ideas that conflict with others on this forum are dismissed and then upheld by people towing the party line.

But hey people think I'm a conspiracy theory nut even though the conspiracies are actually backed up by information released into the public domain which then makes it a conspiracy fact. And suggesting someone gets FREE legal advice on a subject that only a solicitor could really advise on. Seems to go against the all knowledgeable on a Gardening forum.

To be honest I'm not in the mood to debate things with people who think they know it all.

Life has taught me no one knows everything and the person who thinks they know everything is just deluded and arrogant.

So I'm glad I don't know everything.
