Happy New Year everyone! Just curious - if you had to grow only one variety of raspberry (good yield, fab taste) which one would you go for? Hey Jude.

I'm very happy with my Autumn Bliss, heavy crop of very large fruit, (been mistaken for loganberries).

They should be OK, they'll be dormant anyway.  Cant stop mine spreading!

Thanks for the replies - I'm rejuvenating the raspberries on the plot, there were no suckers to transplant last year so I'm going to buy some new canes - I think Autumn Bliss get the vote!! Many thanks again, Hey Jude.

I'll have to take some photo's of mine this year and see if anyone can identify for me!

They are a late variety, but were donated by a friend of my mums, was told they wouldn't fruit last year and I had loads - strangely none of them ever made it home though - they taste best slightly warm off the bush!
