A ridger is a ridger for spuds and the like, I will look for one as  i said there must be a few about. once you have the fitting any plough can be adapted

right i have this main question.
i have just found a b&s cigar exhaust, can i weld that to the existing manifold pipe? or is it important to have the correct one fitted?

thanks

just changed the oil and put the exhaust on, sounds better now and doesnt smell or puff smoke like it did so thats all good!

anyone got any idea where the on off switch cable would go engine end?

also this govern problem, am i right in thinking it just wont put more power on when its needed?

if so wont it stall when under load? or is there something i can do?

i have just cleaned it up and messed about with it and found its got 3 foward gears and a reverse!!

golden rule:

it was working
don't fiddle with any screws
disconnect linkage to governor

' then try again'

well im going to be fitting my honda copy (loncin) engine.

ive got a honda 3.5hp to fit to my cultimatic tiller.

i have managed to (with a lot of help) get a sprocket to fit the existing chain and for the shaft on the honda, its thinner than the villiers fitted at the moment.

i will need to lift the engine on 2 sections of 2"x2" steel box section as its more dumpy being a ohv engine and add 6" to the chain as this engine needs more clearence room.

pics and updates as i get on with it  :D
