Pickling Eggs Question

Hello everyone
Haven't been over this side before, I'm usually in the poultry bit.
Anyway I wondered if anyone could advise please?
I've pickled 12 eggs one week ago as I keep getting egg gluts, but the jar could probably take another 12. Would it be alright to add another 12 now, a week later or should I start a new jar?
ps was interested to read the damson jam posts - I've got a jar I made 10 years ago which still looks ok - hopefully it's like wine and just goes vintage! :D
