Raspberry jam for showing
« on: August 05, 2010, 23:05 »
Hello there, I've not entered anything into a show before, but I am particularly proud of my raspberry jam this year and would like to enter it next month in the village gardeners fair. I was wondering if the general rules/standards would suggest I should have removed the seeds? There are rather a lot, they don't bother me, but i wouldn't want to be laughed out the tent by the competition, any advice on presentation kindly received!

Don't know anything about showing jam, but I think if they wanted it seedless it would have specified it in the schedule.
