Hi all, new to this and allotment life. I am trialling soil blocks for starting off seeds, has anybody else used or had good results with them.

I know it's big in the USA but the problem a lot of people have had here seems to be the compost. Quite what you'd use with the forthcoming ban on peat, I don't know.

I suppose like any growing method you need to master it to get the benefits.
