Is it OK to leave some sprouts on the plants until Christmas?

I'm sure it is. They will be ready at different times depending on the variety. We've just started eating ours called Egor (using the ones at the bottom first) and will be picked further up the stalk as they mature, so the ones towards the top will be ready for Crimbo, as will our Chrimbo cake soaked in Grand Marnier and the homemade stuffing with cranberries and chestnuts done by my OH today - mmmmmmmmmmm! :tongue2: :tongue2: :tongue2:
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.
