Look on the bright side Lardman; lots of concentrated garlic flavour!  ;)

That could just as easily be a photo of my garlic crop this year.

I can't photo my garlic crop failure, cos I don't think there will be a crop

Don't seem to have anything at ground level at all :(

They went in rather late and then it's been so dry....I'm not really surprised!

Me too.  But then I planted some poppies and other flowers behind them and they've grown much more quickly than expected.... you live and learn  :(
On the bright side, the flowers are looking great!

I've got a reasonably sized crop, though every single one bolted. Now the leaves are starting to yellow and the bulbs seem to be refusing to clove up... Still, there's time and I guess one massive clove will make life interesting.

By the way, I took someone's advice on here, took off all the flower stalks and whizzed them up in the blender and put the lot in jars - makes a fantastic addition to salads and stews and is surprisingly intense.  :) Thanks whoever you were!  ;)
