Holiday potatoes
« on: August 08, 2014, 11:03 »
Hi all.
I am going on holiday in September which is 21 weeks my main crop potatoes have been in the ground,
if shortly before I go I lift a root and the potatoes are ready for lifting would it be advisable to cut the
foliage off in case of blight? I will be away three weeks.

Blight can swiftly decimate crops so I agree with MOS. At least you will get a crop.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.
