Symptoms - Advice needed

Getting a bit confused by what I'm reading on other websites... 

Our Sussex was looking a bit sleepy earlier and I found her standing in the nest box with her eyes closed.  She didn't seem disturbed when I approached her and stayed put.  I removed some eggs from beneath her and she wandered outside where she seemed to fall asleep again. 

I picked her up and noticed some bubbles by one eye.  Also she started to "inflate and deflate" her crop.

Won't be able to get to a vet until Tuesday.

Any ideas?

Hi it could be sour crop if it feels all squidgy jenty masarge it the chuck should expel it but them symtoms could be a number of things so realy you would need advice from a vet, hope she gets better soon

Thanks for the advice...  Vet said it's looks like a cold.  We've got anti biotics and had to seperate her from the others so fingers crossed.  She's been a bit more lively anyway.

She seemed quite lively this morning, got some feather stuck round her nose so had to give it a wipe.  Shame we can't keep her eggs while she's on meds though.
