Cabbages, broad beans and beetroot

I have started some cabbages, broad beans and beetroot off in the new polytunnel.  They are doing well but I am unsure when to plant them out.

The cabbages have quite few leaves on and long stalks.  I am worried about them going leggy.

The broad beans are about 4 inches tall and look lovely and healthy.

The beetroot are about 2 inches tall and again look nice and healthy.

Any advice on when to plant them out?

I will keep them outside the greenhouse during the day for the next few days and then get them in on Saturday.

Does that sound about right (I am such a gardening novice!)
