Finished off the chilli in a jacket as a late lunch. I don't really feel like a big evening meal and I'm at a bit of a loss. I might nuke another spud unless I can find something like a tin of soup.

Cold pork left over from yesterday, with pickles and chips for me.  Paul has a Potato Dauphenau(sp) in the freezer which I can't eat because of the cream.

Nordic, Scandinavian, Norwegian, somewhere over that way I believe, its so simple to make and oh so delicious!
Bacon, smoked sausage, chopped onions & mushrooms thrown in a pan and cooked, then throw in some soft cheese & double cream, stir in, let it simmer for a few minutes before serving... thank me later!

There was me thinking it was dinosaur shaped pasta out of thermos  :nowink:

I'm all of a mix muddle this week with the meals. I think there's a chicken kiev in the freezer, mash and chunky mixed veg to go with, if I can't find the chicken there's some breaded cod.

Today, dinner will consist of a rump steak, with a side of spinach & mushrooms cooked in double cream, with a few spears of asparagus plus some peppercorn sauce drizzled over my steak!  nom, nom, nom!  :D

Can't say that's the part of that day that would cause me grief.  :nowink:

I found the chicken yesterday but it needed defrosting - seriously who sells things you can't cook from frozen still ?! Had to have the fish instead and move the chicken to tonight. Mash and veggies again if I can muster the energy, wedges and beans if I can't.

Feels like it should be pasta tonight, Not sure what there is to put with/on it though, no tuna, mince or chicken and even the cheese situation is looking pretty dire.
